2021 The Moonlight Run GMS
The Moonlight Run was our midnight drive back to the Barossa after working vintage in the Clare Valley in 1999. We would crave a soft slurpy wine to wash down a hard night’s work, so we decided to make our own. We take inspiration from Southern Rhone wines and this is our take on them.

2021 The Eleventh Hour Shiraz
Shiraz for The Eleventh Hour is sourced from vineyards located on the Barossa’s Western Ridge, including the Greenock and Stonewell sub regions of the Barossa. The red clay belt running North to Greenock creates an ideal environment to grow shiraz. The compact soils provide fruit that is juicy, spicy and concentrated. Stonewell’s hard red-brown soils add another layer of complexity to the wine, with a darker fruit profile.

BONUS 2021 The Old Vine Semillon
From a 1970’s planting of Semillon, harvested early to retain freshness. Pressed and settled overnight then transferred to seasoned barrels for the ferment to start naturally. A long slow ferment over several weeks naturally stirs the light lees, giving a textural component to accompany the rich, old vine Semillon fruit weight. After maturation on lees for several months, the wine is racked and bottled without fining or filtration.
